We have a 48 hour cancellation policy which states, “please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the service due.”
If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment we will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to another date and time or you will have to forfeit one of your services.
All new guests are required to have an in person consultation first before booking any color service. After your consultation is complete, we can then reserve your future appointment. An in person consultation helps the specialist asses your hair, figure out your hair goals, look over pictures that inspire you, and also go over budget. This is your custom hair plan so we can both stay focused on your hair goals.
